Inexpensive Full Board Available in Glenora in Koksilah, British Columbia for sale

Looking for a friendly boarder to share the barn with my lonely, but friendly, gelding. Suits trail rider, retired/semi-retired horse or horse/pony with Cushings/Metabolic Syndrome/Sugar Sensitivity. Playful gelding preferred, mare considered.
Base price of $350 includes quality low-sugar hay and daily feeding (may be a bit more $ for draft or heavy keeper), blanket changes, etc. Grain/supplements is additional. No grazing (sugar!), no riding ring. Boarder is to help out with cleaning, and cover occasional holiday feeds -to keep the price low! I am easy going and open to different arrangements for the right person ;)
The place is not fancy -but it is practical and it is quiet, drama free and a trail riders dream -right on the TransCanada Trail! It is set up to be a herd environment with walk-in barn and undercover areas. There is a tack room and lighted aisle. Slow-feed hay nets provide constant forage.
