The lower half of our rustic house is available for homeshare, it can be lived in rather independently from the upstairs, it has a bathroom with walk-in shower, large basin sink and closet, 1 large bedroom with 2 large closets, and a good size living space which can be used as a dining/living room has a fridge and roughed in kitchen space--and 2 good size storage closets, it open onto a back deck where there is a campfire spot and beautiful view of mountains and pond......which we hope to augment with another sink soon. includes heat, internet and laundry.

we are located on country acreage in sahtlam area off old lake cowichan road, 14min drive to Duncan. very limited public transit is available.
