Queen Headboard, Platform Storage Base and Mattress in Koksilah, British Columbia for sale

No smoking, no pet home. The headboard and platform are about 1 year old and were built with a mix of lumber, plywood and mdf with pocket hole construction. Comes with a regular queen size mattress. The platform was made several inches taller than regular beds so that suitcases or other larger items could be stored below. Styled like a bed in motor homes and trailers, the bottom is completely enclosed while the platform is hinged and lifts up at the foot end. It's great for longer term storage (or hiding things you don't want your kids to see). It's also good when cleaning because dust bunnies can't get underneath. The mattress isn't as new, but it is comfortable and has lots of life left. It is presently used only for guests. We'd keep it, but we feel the space could be used for daily functioning rather than just a few times a year. If you want, you can also have the mattress cover and a set of sheets. The fitted sheet though is not as deep as the mattress. It works, but tends to sneak up a bit since it doesn't wrap underneath.
